These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ase44 platform. By registering an account and accessing any part of the ase44 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the provisions set out in this document.

ase44 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email at least 7 days in advance.
Section 1
General Terms and Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ase44 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ase44 website located at https://ase44.app and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, fishing games, and the ase44 VIP loyalty programme.
By completing the registration process and creating an ase44 account, you confirm that:
- You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.
- You have read, understood, and agree to the ase44 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
- You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
- You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
- You agree that any dispute arising from your use of ase44 shall be governed by the terms set out in this Agreement.
1.1 Scope of Services
ase44 provides an online gaming platform that includes, but is not limited to, pre-match and live sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports), live dealer casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti), slot machine games, crash games, fishing games, and a structured VIP loyalty programme. The availability of individual products or markets may vary at the discretion of ase44 and may be subject to additional product-specific terms.
1.2 Language and Communication
The official language of the ase44 platform and all related communications is English. All account correspondence, promotional notifications, support interactions, and formal notices will be issued in English. Players are responsible for ensuring they have sufficient English comprehension to understand the terms of this Agreement and any communications they receive from ase44.
1.3 Currency
All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and wagering amounts on ase44 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). ase44 does not hold player funds in foreign currencies. Any deposits made via payment methods that process in foreign currencies will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing.
Section 2
Eligibility and Age Restriction
To register and maintain an active account on ase44, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your account:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. ase44 is strictly an 18+ platform. No exceptions are made under any circumstances.
- You must be accessing the platform as an individual natural person, acting on your own behalf. Corporate, institutional, or proxy registrations are not permitted.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant, director, or officer of ase44, nor an immediate family member of any such individual.
- You must not have a previously closed, suspended, or self-excluded account with ase44 that was terminated for a policy violation. Re-registration under a new identity following a punitive account closure is strictly prohibited.
- You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your personal circumstances.
2.1 Underage Gambling Prevention
ase44 takes underage gambling extremely seriously. If we have reason to believe that a player is under the age of 18, we will immediately suspend the relevant account pending age verification. Any winnings accrued on an account subsequently confirmed to belong to an underage player will be forfeited in full. Deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the original payment source where technically possible, after deducting any amounts already withdrawn.
2.2 Single Account Policy
Each eligible player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account with ase44. The operation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. ase44 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate account activity. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all but the original account will be closed and any bonuses or winnings generated through the duplicate account will be voided.
Section 3
Account Registration and Security
To access the full suite of ase44 services, you must complete the account registration process. During registration, you will be required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. ase44 relies on the accuracy of this information for identity verification, payment processing, and responsible gaming compliance.
3.1 Registration Information
- Full Legal Name: You must register using your real name as it appears on your official government-issued identification document.
- Date of Birth: You must provide your accurate date of birth so that ase44 can verify your eligibility to use the platform.
- Contact Information: A valid email address and mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh are required. These will be used for account notifications, security alerts, and support communications.
- Payment Method Details: Where applicable, you will be required to register a payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or a supported bank account) that is held in your own name.
Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in the immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of any balance held therein.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ase44 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. ase44 will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
- You must notify ase44 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
- ase44 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain adequate credential security.
- You must not allow any other person to use your ase44 account for any purpose, including placing bets or making deposits on your behalf.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials, whether or not authorised by you.
Section 4
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
All financial transactions on ase44 are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). ase44 supports a range of local and international payment methods to ensure that players across Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh can transact conveniently and without unnecessary friction.
4.1 Deposits
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 via mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
- Deposits are credited to your ase44 wallet in real time or within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.
- All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
- ase44 does not charge any platform-side deposit processing fee. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which ase44 accepts no responsibility.
- ase44 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposits as part of its fraud prevention and account verification procedures.
4.2 Withdrawals
- Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, to ensure compliance with anti-money-laundering requirements.
- There are zero platform-side withdrawal fees on all local mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
- Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Players who have not completed full KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may experience delays or restrictions on withdrawals.
- ase44 processes standard withdrawal requests within 24–48 hours of approval. VIP-tier players receive priority processing with reduced turnaround times.
- Any withdrawal request submitted while an active bonus is attached to the account will be subject to the applicable wagering requirements for that bonus before the withdrawal can be approved.
- ase44 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on any withdrawal request it deems unusual. During such checks, the withdrawal amount may be temporarily withheld.
4.3 Supported Payment Methods
The availability of specific payment methods may vary. ase44 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time. Players will be notified of any significant changes to payment method availability via email.
Section 5
Bonuses and Promotions
ase44 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the general terms set out in this section, as well as any specific terms and conditions that accompany the individual offer at the time it is issued.
5.1 General Bonus Terms
- Bonuses are available to registered players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the applicable promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above with a fully verified ase44 account.
- Each player is entitled to claim a specific bonus offer only once, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts, devices, or payment methods will be treated as a policy violation.
- All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the specific bonus terms at the point of offer.
- Bonus funds may only be used to place qualifying bets as defined in the specific bonus terms. Unless otherwise stated, bets placed using bonus funds that are subsequently voided, cancelled, or cashed out do not count toward wagering requirement completion.
- ase44 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus is withdrawn after a player has already started meeting the wagering requirement, ase44 will endeavour to honour the remaining wagering progress on a pro-rata basis.
- Bonuses have an expiry period, which will be specified in the individual bonus terms. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated expiry window will be removed from the player's account without notice.
5.2 Abuse and Exploitation of Bonuses
ase44 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Conduct that constitutes bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to, placing low-risk bets designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine engagement with the games, exploiting promotional offers through coordinated play between multiple accounts, and providing false or misleading information to qualify for a promotion. Where bonus abuse is identified, ase44 reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings and to close the relevant account.
Section 6
User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
By using the ase44 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with fair play principles. The following obligations and prohibitions apply to all registered players without exception.
6.1 Player Obligations
- You must keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times. Notify ase44 promptly of any changes to your name, email address, phone number, or payment method details.
- You must use the ase44 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Commercial use, resale of access, or use on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.
- You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction when accessing and using the ase44 platform.
- You must engage with the platform's responsible gaming tools if you feel that your gambling activity is becoming harmful to your financial or personal wellbeing.
- You must not use any software, script, bot, crawler, or automated system to access, scrape, manipulate, or interact with the ase44 platform in any unauthorised manner.
6.2 Prohibited Conduct
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or attempting to defraud ase44 or other players in any manner.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market available on the platform.
- Match Fixing: Placing bets with inside knowledge of a pre-arranged sporting outcome, or participating in any scheme designed to manipulate the outcome of any event offered for betting on ase44.
- Money Laundering: Using the ase44 platform to process, conceal, or legitimise proceeds of criminal activity. ase44 complies with applicable anti-money-laundering standards and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider in respect of a deposit that was validly processed by ase44. Disputed chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action to recover funds.
- Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communications directed at ase44 staff members or other users via any channel.
Section 7
Account Suspension and Closure
ase44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in violation of this Agreement or in a manner that is harmful to the integrity of the platform.
7.1 Closure by ase44
- ase44 may suspend an account pending investigation where suspicious or unusual activity is detected, without providing the player with advance notice of the investigation.
- Where an account is closed following a confirmed policy violation, any balance held in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited in full, subject to ase44's assessment of the nature and severity of the violation.
- ase44 will notify the player of a permanent account closure by email to the registered address, except where doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation.
7.2 Voluntary Closure by Player
- Players wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the ase44 support team at [email protected].
- Before an account is closed at the player's request, any remaining balance will be withdrawn to the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements attached to active bonuses.
- Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons (rather than for ordinary operational reasons) should request a self-exclusion instead. Self-exclusion provides stronger protections and prevents re-registration for the duration of the exclusion period. See the ase44 Responsible Gaming page for full details.
7.3 Inactive Accounts
An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. ase44 may apply a monthly inactivity fee of ৳100 to accounts that remain inactive beyond this threshold, deducted directly from the account balance until the balance reaches zero, at which point no further fee will be applied. Players will be notified by email before inactivity fees commence.
Section 8
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ase44 limits its liability to players in respect of all claims arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform, as set out in this section.
8.1 Platform Availability
ase44 endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website or any of its services. Scheduled maintenance windows, unforeseen technical issues, third-party infrastructure outages, and circumstances beyond ase44's reasonable control (including acts of God, natural disasters, internet service disruptions, or regulatory action) may result in temporary service interruptions. ase44 accepts no liability for losses — financial or otherwise — that arise directly or indirectly from any period of platform unavailability.
8.2 Bet Settlement
- All bets are settled in accordance with the applicable sports betting or game rules in force at the time the bet is placed. These rules are accessible within the relevant product section of the ase44 platform.
- In the event of a technical error, manifest pricing error, or data feed failure that results in a bet being incorrectly accepted or settled, ase44 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the player's account.
- ase44 is not liable for losses arising from a player's reliance on odds, scores, statistics, or other data displayed on the platform that subsequently prove to be incorrect due to a third-party data feed error.
8.3 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ase44 and its affiliates, officers, agents, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your breach of this Agreement, your use of the ase44 platform in violation of applicable law, or any third-party claim resulting from content you submit or actions you take through your account.
